With that user's data, they fill similar or contemporary artists to find relatability and fulfill the listener's desires. AI can interpret this information from the data collected from user musical preference metrics. This new technology has made the music genres obsolete because AI creates a playlist based on individuals' preferences, not a particular genre. AI analyzes music, melody, and instruments used by a specific song at lightning-fast speeds. 

AI has technology that will assist musicians, music executives, and producers in developing music. AI collects data on music downloads streamed frequently and saved download algorithms. Music execs utilizes this data collected by AI to know the types of music to produce. This platform can also use AI data to make similar music to what was deemed from individuals' data to be highly streamed preferences. The AI-based algorithm can learn from its environment and input datasets used by producers when making music. Producers will need to become more technologically savvy by using data collected by AI to remain competitive. They can use Jukedeck or Amper Music. These are two new platforms that assist individuals in the music industry in creating music using AI technology.

Some of these new technologies are the Magenta Project by Google and Flow Machine by Sony. The two new media can create music based on AI data without musicians, producers, or engineers' assistance. These new platforms have the potential to replace individuals in the music industry. Magenta and Flow Machine can create music without a musician; however, data shows music consumers prefer musicians with live concerts, music videos, and personal relatability; therefore, this new platform may not be successful amongst music customers.
